Refund policy

Return 

We hope you love our products as much as we do, however if you are not satisfied or change your mind, we have a 14 days exchange or refund policy from the time of dispatch.

In order to be eligible, the item must to be: unused and unwashed. Products must still in their original packaging and must be in the same condition as when received.

We also require proof of purchase (order confirmation or number) to complete your return. 

Refund 

Prior to sending the items you wish to return, please contact us via info@hinatai.com.au

Upon the return being received and condition confirmed, an email will be sent to you informing you of the outcome of the return.

If the refund has been approved, a credit will be applied to the original method of payment automatically within a certain amount of days. 

*Please note delivery costs will not be refunded and cost of return delivery is at the customers expense.
